Jamie says: "Waterford Estate is a joint venture between Kevin Arnold, one of South Africa's most famous winemakers (ex-Rust en Vrede) and Jeremy Ord.  The aim is simple - to make South Africa's best wines that can compete with the world's finest!  Quality is incredibly high, the wine is deeply coloured, aromas of lead pencil, bitter cherry and cigar smoke, classically dry and stuctured.  Classic Cabernet that should also age well."
