Jamie says: "This is a baby Rhone really, merely Vin de Pays du Gard but the Cuvee des Galets punches well above its station and is more like a Cotes du Rhone.  Smokey, dark fruits with a hint of chocolate and plum alongside a leafy herbaceous character and lots of minerality.  This is a natural wine it is unfiltered, unfined and unsulphured, except for a dash that goes in at bottling time to aid stability.  Due to the light touch expect your glass of Cuvee des Galets to be hazy but that's no bad thing!"
