Jamie says: "Chateau l'Hermitage is actually produced by the famous Chateau Matras.  The grapes for Chateau l'Hermitage come from a tiny vineyard adjacent to Matras and also has the prestigous neigbours of Chateaux Angelus & Beausejour-Becot.  The winemaking is as meticulous as you would expect from a top property - the 2006 demonstrates spice, cedar and an earthyness with cherry and raisins.  Production of Chateau l'Hermitage is very small."
